1. General Terms

bigtaka is an online gaming and sports betting platform. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agreed to these Terms. These Terms serve as a legal agreement between bigtaka and the user.

These Terms are available in both Bengali and English. If there is any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version will be considered the authoritative one. bigtaka reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and changes will be announced on the platform before taking effect.

1.1 Scope of Service

The bigtaka platform offers slot games, live casino, betting on various sports including cricket and football, fishing games, and other online gaming services. These services are available to authorised users only.

1.2 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Users are personally responsible for ensuring that online gaming is legal in their own location.

2. Account Registration

To use the services on bigtaka, you must create a valid account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, bigtaka reserves the right to close those accounts and freeze the associated balances.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify bigtaka support immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bigtaka may request identity verification as needed. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be required. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is completed.

3. Age Requirement and Eligibility

All services on bigtaka are strictly for users aged 21 or above. No one under the age of 21 may create an account or use the service.

Age is verified at the time of registration, and proof of age may be requested at any time. If an underage user is identified, the account will be closed immediately and a separate decision will be made regarding any deposited funds.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

bigtaka's services are operated for users in Bangladesh. Users from certain countries or regions may not be able to access the service. Users are personally responsible for ensuring that using this service is legal from their location.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bigtaka currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The same method applies to both transactions.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party or from someone else's account are not accepted.
• If the deposit amount is incorrect or the source cannot be verified, it may be held.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name.
• The withdrawal process is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted while active bonus wagering is in progress.

4.3 Payment Method Details

Mobile banking is available via bKash and Nagad, Dutch-Bangla Bank services are available via Rocket, and for bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank can be used.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bigtaka offers bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. Each bonus has its own rules, which are stated along with the offer details.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the wagering requirement must be met: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal.

Example: On a ৳1,000 deposit you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Before withdrawing, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games — which will be specified in the offer details.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only once the wagering requirement is completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the offer terms state otherwise.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, bigtaka reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

bigtaka's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier earns weekly cashback: Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9% and Platinum up to 1.2%. Cashback is calculated on net losses for that week. Players can move up to higher tiers through regular play.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All decisions regarding bets and games on bigtaka are final. If any round or bet is left incomplete due to a software or network error, bigtaka will take appropriate action.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect odds or prices are published, bigtaka reserves the right to cancel those bets.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, the account may be subject to investigation.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

Live casino, slots and table games are operated in accordance with the rules of the respective game provider. Each game's RTP and statistics can be viewed in the game interface.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a server error, internet disconnection or any other technical issue, bigtaka will review the logs and make a decision. bigtaka is not responsible for issues caused by the user's own device or internet connection.

6.4 Integrity and Fair Play

Cheating, using any automated system or bot, and using another person's account on bigtaka are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

bigtaka reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Any part of these Terms is violated.
• The account contains false information or identity verification has not been completed.
• There is suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• Multiple accounts are being operated.
• Bonus misuse has occurred.
• The user requests account closure themselves.

7.1 Self-Exclusion

Any user may apply for a temporary or long-term account break on their own initiative by following the Responsible Gaming guidelines. This option is available through the support team.

7.2 Balance After Account Closure

If bigtaka closes an account, the verified balance will be returned, however different rules may apply for bonus-related funds and cases where Terms have been violated.

9. Limitation of Liability

bigtaka is committed to providing the highest quality service, however bigtaka's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Account damage caused by the user's own negligence.
• Reduction in services as a result of legal or regulatory changes.

9.1 Gaming Risk

Online gaming and betting carry financial risk. Do not bet more than you can afford to lose. bigtaka is not responsible for financial losses related to gaming. Maintain healthy gaming habits and seek help if needed.

9.2 Force Majeure

10. Terms Changes & Contact

bigtaka reserves the right to partially or fully update these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. If you continue using the service after the changes, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms.
